Meet the Team
When you partner with a property management company, you’re literally handing them the keys to the front door of your property. That’s a big decision!
We get it. Our job as property managers is to be a good steward of your property.
And we take that responsibility seriously.
From marketing and tenant screening to leasing and rent collection to maintenance and financial reporting, we’re ready to handle the tenant cycle from start to finish.
We believe in earning your business – and your trust – every day, which is why our management agreement is month-to-month. Not after the first 12 months, but from the start.
At Performance Property Management, relationships are important to us. And when you trust us with your keys, our mindset is that we’re starting a long-term relationship. We’ll do our best to nurture that relationship with regular communication. Sometimes we may have to call you with not-so-good news … but we’ll always tell you the truth, and we’ll always work to offer solutions.
Jon Rademacher
Designated Broker & property manager
Born and raised in the Great White North, Jon’s called Lincoln home for more than 25 years. As the broker, he gets to sit in the ‘big chair,’ and as a property manager he’s the point of contact for both owners and residents. When he’s not in work mode (which is a lot, and he doesn’t apologize for it!) he’s trying to keep up with guys half his age playing rec league hockey.
Shad Beman
Operations Director & property manager
Shad’s a proud Lincoln High alum and an Army veteran (2 overseas deployments). Licensed since 2013, he’s been working with homeowners and investors to help them achieve their real estate goals. When he’s not wearing his work hat, you’ll find Shad traveling someplace fun and spending time with his family!
Karissa Brown
Director of Accounting
Karissa was born and raised in Lincoln and is a Pius X alum! Karissa has more than 10 years of experience in banking, so checks and balances are second nature to her! She handles everything on the money side from collecting rent to paying invoices for owners. When she’s not working you can find her spending time with her family!
Leah Millspaugh
Property manager, Lincoln area
Leah has been in Real Estate since 2014. As an investor herself, her specialty is asset management. When she's not wearing her property manager hat, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family (including their 3 dogs!)
Tom Larsen
Property manager, Lincoln area
Tom’s originally from Kearney but he’s called Lincoln home for nearly 20 years. With an extensive background in home building & remodeling, where he built over 40 homes with the family business in the Kearney area, he has also sold & managed rental properties since 2011. When he’s not working, he likes to attend NU baseball games, work on home projects and plan for his next Mexico vacation!
Fabian Owen
Property manager, Omaha area
Fabian is a Papillion Lavista high school graduate and has lived in southwest Omaha for many years! With experience managing large multi-family properties, she has a passion for helping people and is excellent at listening to her clients’ needs, and then working to achieve their real estate goals. She knows Omaha and its surrounding communities.
Kendell Aden
Property manager, Grand Island area
In addition to his own rental property portfolio, Kendell is experienced in home renovations and general contracting, with multiple projects already under his belt. He knows the relationships with our owners are extremely important and he’s diligent in keeping them ‘in the know.’

Thuy An
Property manager, Lincoln area
A real estate investor herself, Thuy (Twee) speaks English and Vietnamese and is also a doctor of microbiology! (She also has master’s degrees in chemistry and computer science!) Thuy knows the value of real estate as a tool to building long-term wealth, and she looks forward to partnering with you on your real estate journey!
Kyle Gregg
Maintenance technician
When stuff breaks, Kyle is there to fix it! He’s really a car guy at heart, but that knowledge and experience serves him well in a variety of maintenance settings, too – there’s not much he can’t do! Minor plumbing & electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting … Kyle’s got the tools and the skills to keep our properties looking their best!

Showing Agent
Jackson's the newest member of our team, but he's adapted quickly and he's not afraid to ask questions (which we appreciate!) If you ask him a question and he doesn't know the answer, he knows how to find it and he'll follow up with you once he knows it! As our showing agent, he's most likely your first point of contact with PPM.
